These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors Moccamaster filter coffee machines and accessories. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

COMMERCIAL TERMS
We offer you the possibility to return us your machine at your own costs in the original box in a perfect condition.
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.
RETURN & REFUND
DELIVERY
After ordering your coffee machines & accessories with your personal information, our Moccamaster Team will personally take care of your delivery. All the goods are packed and sent through our transporters DHL or DPD depending of our stocks. The delivery time to France, Spain and Portugal is around 5 to 8 working days. Due to the Covid-19 spreading, our delivery time could be increased but we are still delivering for your greatest pleasure.
Transport is at the risk of the recipient. The client has the responsibility to verify the conformity of the order shipped before signing the acknowledgment receipt. In case of damages or missing articles, the client has to follow the procedure bellow :
-Express reservations to the transporter concerning the delivery and indicate them on the transporter report
-Take pictures or videos from the damages to base his claim
-Contact Calita and keep the goods while waiting for further instructions
In case of small damages, Calita can send back for free spare parts of the machine at its own shipping costs. Please contact us.
GUARANTEE
Calita guarantees Technivorm electrical material by replacing defective pieces for:
-5 years concerning 1.0L and 1,25L machines
-3 years for professional machines from 1.8L to 3.0L.
-In case of reparation of a machine, the guarantee would be extended for two more months.
Reparation procedure:
The client has to send Calita pictures or a video from the technical defect on the machine and take a picture from its serial number - on the sticker bellow the machine. After agreement between Calita and the client, the machine will be sent back for reparation in its original box.
This guarantee does not apply to the following articles :
-Accessories
-Breakdowns related to the scaling/wear/fall of the machine or unsuitable use of the machine
-Breakdowns related to the use of spare parts not coming from the Factory
-Breakdowns related to an unsuitable storage
Calita has to be informed for all request of return for reparation on agreement with the client.
The guarantee does not provide the right for compensations
The guarantee does not apply for a use of the product for sales
OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHT & LOGOS
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Calita. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
RETENTION OF RIGHT TO CHANGE OFFERING
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the Netherlands, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Utrecht. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
